Enforcement
When the Community Guidelines are violated, Aria takes action based on severity.
Enforcement tiers
Tier 1: Warning
First-time minor violations. You'll receive a warning explaining the violation. No suspension.
Tier 2: 24-hour suspension
Repeated minor violations or moderate violations. Your account is temporarily suspended for 24 hours.
Tier 3: 7-day suspension
Serious violations or continued minor violations after previous warnings. Your account is suspended for 7 days.
Tier 4: Permanent ban
Severe violations (CSAM, credible threats, doxxing) result in immediate permanent removal. Accumulating 3 strikes also results in a permanent ban.
Strike system
Enforcement actions accumulate as strikes on your account:
- Warnings count as a strike
- Suspensions count as a strike
- 3 strikes = permanent ban
Creator-specific enforcement
Creators with monetization enabled face additional consequences:
- During suspension: Subscription billing is paused. Subscribers retain access to existing recordings but cannot join live sessions.
- Upon termination: All active sessions are ended, subscribers are refunded for the remaining billing period, recordings are removed, and outstanding earnings are paid out within 30 days.
